Jack & Don's Service Customer Reviews

Got to the airport and locked my keys with all my stuff still inside. Flight leaves in an hour. The EARLY flight. Mike was on the spot and had me to my gate with a 1/2 hour to spare. Soooo reasonable too!! Wish all good things for Mike and his family.

I lost me keys on a resent trip to Sax Zim Bog, I needed a tow and a way home. Jack and Don's provided prompt, excellent service. They immediately called thru roadside assistance and were able to pick us up timely. They hauled us back to their shop and helped to solve our challenge of getting home. They made several calls, made us feel welcome and comfortable while we resolved our problem and waited for a key faub to arrive from South Central MN. I recommend their services. I will carry their card with me if ever I am in the area and in need of assistance. MN nice was alive and well in Hibbing, MN. What a great asset for Hibbing. What an awesome family owned business where their clients and customers truly matter. Thanks for the rescue, the service and the help!!!
