I brought my van into jack and dona because the harmonic balancer had fallen off they got it fixed the next day and it was far cheaper than I had anticipated in out done thank you so much

They truly care about the customer. I have always been treated with respect. Always fair when it comes to pricing whether it's new or I pulled parts myself. They are the first I call when needing service and or parts!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! So very helpful and nice. My family and I were traveling through Hibbing to a Volleyball tournament. My tire started "screaming" while we were on the road. I called Jack and Don's at 8:00 on Saturday morning and they answered even though they didn't open until 9:00. I explained my situation and Shari told me to bring it in when we get to town. She let me borrow her car so I could go watch the volleyball tournament while they fixed my wheel bearing and calipers and break pads. Work was done by 3:00 and I was able to safely drive home with my family! So thankful for the service they provided us. I would recommend them to everyone!

I gave the (5) star….Why ? …. I busted a Tie-Rod 3rd Ave W (Hibb.). I called all over wondering where to bring it-everyone booked so far out-aside from them. They said they’d get on it in the morning. They Towed me over/ordered things. It will be done today sometime vs the weeks/months ahead.

My wife had slid off our driveway. Jack & Don’s came all the way out to our home on Christmas Eve to pull her car out. I would recommend them to anyone!

Went above and beyond to help get my truck fixed when the transmission went out

After a week of fishing in Canada we were ready to get home...back in the Chicago area. Blow out about an hour south of International Falls...in the middle of nowhere. Was able to get the spare on my 2019 Ram 1500, but needed a new tire. Called around to Walmart and whatever else we could find...but everything was closed or not taking us in on Saturday. Thank God we found Jack and Don's!!! "Come on in....we'll take care of you" and they did! They installed a used tire for my truck and we got outta there for less than a hundred bucks! Really, really nice people! So refreshing to encounter a business where people are pleasant, considerate and hard working! Gems like this place are what make America the greatest country on the Planet!

Great Customer Service, Quality Automotive Mechanics, & At A Competitive Rate!

I dont normally comment or leave reviews on anything really, but in this case I have to give credit where credit is do. We were up in Hibbing visiting family during the 4th of July weekend. We ran into some car trouble Friday evening. I called first thing Saturday morning and the crew at Jack & Don's were able to squeeze us in and went above and beyond to get us fixed up and back on the road. The great customer service, mechanical knowledge and reasonable prices gives this shop a 5 star review in our book.

Exceptional service on a holiday saturday

They check your car completely over to make sure everything is working efficiently. Good pricing. The girl that deals with the customers on the phone is super thorough in telling you what needs to be done Kelsey and explaining what was worked on afterwards.
